Typically the process is analyzed then optimized for pertinent variables such as cake solids, wash efficiency, filtrate clarity and production rate. The typical sample size required for lab testing is 1 to 2 Liters. These include: Filter Cake Solids Filter Cake Wash Data Filtrate Characteristics Estimated Production Rates Per Unit Filter Area Laboratory Report At the conclusion of laboratory testing, a report is generated that contains pertinent data for the application.
